Who we are

A registered Florida company, not a storefront operation

BH Sales and Services LLC is registered in the State of Florida under L20000067681. The business address is 2568 Woodsmill Dr in Melbourne, in the 32934 ZIP code, on the eastern side of the county. We operate as a services company rather than a retail location, so most work happens by phone, email, and scheduled meetings rather than walk-ins.

If you need to meet in person, we arrange a time. If you need our registration details for a vendor file, they are listed on this page in plain form — registration number, FEI, managing director, and business address — so you are not chasing them down across email threads.

Managing Director

Led by Brandon Hudnall

New engagements start with him, and he stays in the loop on how they progress.

Brandon Hudnall serves as Managing Director. That means he is involved in the client work, not just the business side. For a company this size, that structure is deliberate — it keeps the person who scoped the work connected to the person delivering it.

It matters when a campaign needs adjusting mid-month, or when a brokerage conversation takes an unexpected turn and the answer cannot wait for a weekly status call. The same person who wrote the scope is on the other end of the phone.

Working hours: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Reach the team at Contact.

Service lines

What we actually do

Three service lines, and they overlap more than the categories suggest. A restaurant owner reviewing card processing may also be a candidate for appointment setting. A contractor preparing to sell may need both brokerage and a cleaner sales pipeline before going to market.

Who we are set up to help, and who we are not

Our clients are usually established businesses with an owner still close to the operation. That includes service companies across Brevard County, sales-driven businesses in Melbourne and along the Space Coast, and owners thinking about a transition in the next two or three years.

We are not built for pre-revenue startups. If you are still finding out whether people will buy, the money you would spend with us is better spent on customer conversations you run yourself. That is not a soft no — it is a real answer, and we would rather give it before you sign anything.

Working together

What working with us looks like

Direct communication and a clear scope. If something is not working, you hear it before the end of the month, not at the end of a contract.

We tell you what we are doing

Every engagement opens with a written scope: what we run, what we report, and what the monthly rhythm looks like. Nothing gets added to the list without a conversation first.

We tell you what we need from you

Usually a decision-maker who can answer questions about pricing, an accurate picture of your current pipeline, and access to whoever handles the day-to-day. The faster those are in place, the faster the work gets useful.

We keep active engagements limited

Attention does not scale the way software does. That sometimes means a start date a few weeks out, and we would rather say that upfront than overbook and underdeliver. You will know before you commit where you sit in the queue.

We put the hard answers in writing

If a brokerage valuation comes in lower than expected, or a payment processing setup does not match your transaction profile, you get that in plain language — with the reasoning behind it — not softened into a slide.

Why we stay local

Melbourne's market rewards local knowledge. Referrals move through contractor networks, medical offices, auto dealers, and the service businesses that support them.

Who is who in Brevard County

Knowing the players makes outreach more effective and less wasteful. We are not guessing at the market from a list.

Accountable in a way a remote vendor is not

If we handle a prospect badly, word gets around, and it should. That pressure keeps the standard where it belongs.

How a client engagement is scoped and reported, drawn the way we explain it in person: the same diagram on every engagement letter, so nothing about the process is a surprise.

Honest limits

What we will not do

We will not promise a set number of closed deals

We do not control your pricing, your product, or your close rate. Anyone quoting a fixed closed-deal count is guessing at your business.

We will not take a business to market before it is ready

If a business cannot be valued honestly yet, a brokerage engagement would waste your money and our time. We say so and suggest what to fix first.

We will not push a payment setup that does not fit

If a processing arrangement does not match your transaction profile, we will not recommend it just because it pays better on our side. These are the reasons we turn work down.

Do you work with businesses outside Brevard County?

Most of our client work is in Melbourne and along the Space Coast, because local knowledge is the reason the outreach performs. We will take work elsewhere in Florida when the fit is right, but we will tell you upfront if we do not know your market well enough to help.

Can we start with just one service line?

Yes, and most clients do. Sales services, business brokerage, and merchant services can be engaged separately. They overlap, but you do not have to buy all three to work with us.

How do we get started?

Send a short note with what the business does and what you are trying to solve. We will reply with a few questions, then propose a scope. No intake form to fill out — a plain email works.
