How we work with Florida businesses

This page walks through what an engagement with BH Sales and Services LLC actually looks like, from the first conversation to reporting. It covers all three service lines — sales support, business brokerage, and merchant services — and the starting point is the same for each.

We are a professional sales and services company based at 2568 Woodsmill Dr, Melbourne, FL 32934. Brandon Hudnall leads engagements as Managing Director. If you want to know what you are committing to before you make contact, keep reading.

Start with a conversation

Three service lines, one starting point

The process differs by service, but the first step does not. Pick the row that matches what you need and read how that engagement runs.

Where every engagement begins

The first conversation

It starts with a call or an email exchange about your situation. What do you sell, who buys it, and what prompted you to get in touch? For brokerage inquiries we ask about your timeline and how the business runs day to day. For merchant services we ask about your transaction profile and what you are currently paying. Thirty minutes is usually enough to know whether there is a fit.

We bring the questions. You do not need a presentation or a prepared deck. A plain description of what the business does and what you want to change is enough to start.

We say no early. If what you need is outside what we do well, or the timing is wrong, we will tell you in that first call rather than after a proposal.

Nothing starts until both sides have agreed in writing

Scoping puts the working agreement on paper before any outreach, valuation work, or onboarding begins. For sales engagements that means target criteria, outreach approach, and reporting cadence. For brokerage it means valuation work, buyer search parameters, and confidentiality terms. For merchant services it means a review of your current statement and a clear list of what changes.

What we need from you

Four things that keep an engagement moving

We handle the outreach, the preparation, and the paperwork. What we cannot supply is your side of the conversation. These four items are what makes the difference between a scope that finishes and one that stalls.

Email the team
Access

A decision-maker we can talk to directly. A campaign that generates interest nobody follows up on wastes the effort and burns names you will want later.

Your offer

A clear description of your business or offer in your own words. It does not need polish. It needs to be accurate about what you sell and who normally buys it.

Availability

Someone available to take meetings or answer questions when they come up. For sales work this point matters most, because the response window is short.

Documents

Honest financials for brokerage work. For merchant services, a recent statement is the fastest way to get useful answers rather than general ones.

Running the engagement

Once we start, you hear from us on a regular cadence. What that looks like depends on the service.

Sales engagements run on active outreach with weekly or biweekly updates while the campaign is live.

Brokerage work moves in stages with more time between checkpoints, because preparation and buyer conversations run at their own pace.

Merchant services onboarding is a short burst of activity followed by ongoing support. You always know which stage you are in and what happens next.

Reporting and checkpoints

Reporting tied to decisions, not to activity

The point of a report is knowing whether to continue, adjust, or stop. If the answer is stop, we will say it.

For sales

Conversations started, appointments held, and qualified opportunities passed over to you.

For brokerage

Progress through preparation, buyer search, and negotiation, stage by stage.

For merchant services

Setup status and any open items still waiting on a document or a decision.

Course correction

When something isn't working

We tell you during the engagement, not at the end of a contract. If the target list is wrong, we adjust it. If the messaging is not landing, we change it. If the offer itself is the problem, we will say that too, even though it is not what a services company usually wants to hear. Adjusting early is cheaper than finishing a scope that was never going to work.

Scope changes

Adjusting scope as you learn

Most engagements change shape once real data comes in. A vertical that looked promising may underperform. A buyer segment you had not considered may respond well. We build in room for that. Scope changes get agreed in writing, the same as the original, so you will not find extra line items appearing on an invoice without a conversation first.

Confidentiality

What you share stays with us

That applies to sales data, financials, and any discussion about a potential sale or transfer. Confidentiality is standard for brokerage work in Florida, and we apply it across all three service lines from the first conversation. It covers the first call as much as the final one.

Ending an engagement

No penalty for stopping

Engagements end when the scope is complete, when both sides agree it is not working, or when you decide to bring the work in-house. If your team is ready to take over, that is a good outcome, and we will help with the handover.

Getting started

Send a sentence and we will reply with a time to talk

Email us a sentence about your business and what you are trying to solve. We will reply with a time to talk. If it is not a fit, we will say so early rather than stringing it out.
